Vision alignment and engagement
Our initial process involves a meeting on site with you to understand your vision and objectives for your property. During this site inspection we assess the needs and any maintenance items that needs addressing.

Building the right scope of works
Each Owners Corporation have different needs and expectations. We build a proposal and scope of works unique to your requirements.
03.
Initial spring clean
Our standard operating procedure when taking over the responsibility for a new site is to provide a ‘spring clean’ to bring the building up to a good standard. This sets up to maintain this high standard going forward.
04.
Quality service execution
Once we have taken over the caretaking of the building we will provide a Scopebook and work with you to refine the service, ensuring your scope is consistently delivered to a high standard.
05.
Regular building inspections & maintenance
Your Owners Corporation will be assigned one Director to work with, in addition, to your site Supervisor. We strive to maintain consistency in staff, allowing for proactive monitoring of maintenance and cleaning issues.
06.
Building the partnership
Nathan and Kevin are focused on building a long term partnership with you and the Owner Corporation. For us your property is not just another contract but a place where you live, work and play.
