Clean As You Go is a purpose driven company. Every clean we do improves the lives of others in need. Kevin and Nathan came together to start a business with the vision to add amazing value not only to their clients but also the communities around them and those less fortunate.

Kevin spent over 18 years in development and aid across Asia, Central Asia and Africa, establishing several projects and partners who still operate today to help thousands a year. Clean As You Go is a business which supports these projects.

Nathan and Kevin met at World Vision Australia. Instantly they struck great friendship. Their shared values now see Nathan’s extensive experience in business being used to continually improve Clean As You Go’s client experience.

Our Team

Nathan Meldrum

Director – Operations & Client Care

Extensive experience in customer relationship management and service execution. Starting life in retail eventually owning and managing several stores. Now using his skills and experience to care for your OC and building needs.

Kevin Tan

Director – Strategy and Client Solutions

Excels in delivering innovation and client solutions with 17 years of experience in corporate and client partnerships with $b clients. Extensive experience delivering solutions in complex environments, including areas in Asia, Central Asia and Africa. Designing and delivering FM solutions to 100s of Owners Corporations in Victoria.

Simon James

Area Manager – Cleaning Services

With over 20 years of experience in commercial cleaning and contract management, Simon comes with real world experience in facility maintenance. Simon constantly strives for innovation and improving outcomes for customers.

Andrew McHardy

Area Manager – Facilities Management

An experienced hands-on facility and building manager, with over 10 years of experience in setting up both large and small residential building and overseeing defect liability periods, essential and emergency building maintenance. Making sites work well is his mission.
